30 x Call Centre Advisors – Banking Project | Immediate Interviews Sydney 3-month initial contract Monday to Friday | Onsite 5 days per week Interviews commencing immediately Offers by end of week Start date end of March TalentWeb Consulting is urgently recruiting 30 Call Centre Advisors for a large-scale banking project with a leading professional services organisation. This is a fast-moving hiring campaign with interviews taking place from Monday 9 March, offers being made by the end of the week, and successful candidates starting at the end of March. About the role: You will be joining a high-volume customer contact project within a banking-related environment, supporting customers over the phone and working within a structured, professional team. This role is ideal for candidates who are confident communicators, enjoy phone-based work, and can work effectively in a fast-paced setting. Key responsibilities: Handling inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner Responding to customer queries with empathy, accuracy, and efficiency Following set processes, procedures, and scripts Maintaining accurate records and case notes in internal systems Supporting delivery across a high-volume project environment Working closely with the wider team to meet service and project outcome What we are looking for: Previous call centre, contact centre, or phone-based customer service experience Strong communication skills and a professional phone manner Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, and process-driven environment Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately Previous experience in banking, financial services, or another regulated environment will be highly regarded Candidates available to interview immediately and start at the end of March What’s on offer: 30 roles available as part of a major project Immediate interview process Offers expected by end of week Opportunity to join a respected and well-known project environment Strong team support and onboarding Potential for extension depending on business needs Location: This role is based onsite in Sydney, Monday to Friday, 5 days per week.
